this were my symptoms too i missed my period for 5 days had sore , cramps and i had home pregnancy test but it came positive and then to make sure i had a blood test came positive too so maybe you can take a blood test to make sure and then after 2 days i went to see the doctor and she could see a small pregnancy sac
