Will OJ Simpson be put in a white collar type prison or just the regular prison as a common inmate?

after watching Fox news last night it appears that O J was gloating over the all the things he got away with.He actually thought he was more intelligent than the law.Did anyone watch the Giraldo part on fox .O J is really stupid & he shows it .
