Is it true that The Sears Tower is being renamed "The Willis Group Holdings Ltd. Building"?

I've heard that because Sears isn't in the building anymore, they no longer have the naming rights to the building, so the company that is in it now called Willis Group Holdings Ltd. will be renaming it after their company name. Does anyone know if that's true? Is there any movement to stop it?
