How can I get a group deleted when the moderator is gone and there is only 1 member and 1 message( from 2005)?

I am asking because I want the group name. I have tried to contact the moderator by becoming a member and that expired because they did not approve me. I tried to directly email the moderator with no response. I emailed Yahoo Groups, and they were no help.
