I am a college student in Maine with a big bill and no way to pay for it, where do I secure the funds?

My federal stafford only covered about 1/4 of the semester bill, i have no credit and have been denied private loans with co-signers that should have been reliable? Is there any way out of this mess, or should I drop out to get a full time job to pay the bill?
