Windows 7 Home Basic - NO Movie Maker?

Hi guys! Just got a computer bec. my laptop broke. Is there NO Movie Maker in Win 7 Home Basic? pls. tell me how do I get this program online bec. I tried getting it from microsoft but after downloading I got a failed message. Thanks.
