I'm changing planes in Istanbul Ataturk, I got 6 hours 15 min. Do I have enough time for visiting Istanbul?

Flying from Helsinki to Bangkok, I'd like to be in Istanbul for couple of hours. Is there time for that? How long it takes from airport to city and what are couple of most interesting tourist attractions in there to check out?
