How do i accomplish act 3 scene 3 of the tempest?

in this scene, ariel makes a wonderful banquet appear and the minute the men get there, the banquet disappears. how should i make this table just disappear from the stage? or how have you seen it/done it in the past? does anyone know how shakespeare wanted it to be done in the first place? Thanks!
