Keep getting WereFault.exe and I can't fix it help!?

I keep getting this pop up error message on my computer that says WereFault.exe and when I looked it up my search suggests that it's a result of a messed up registry. I've used window virtual pc and advanced system care free and neither has fixed my registry problem does anyone else know how I can possibly fix this? Preferably a freeware.
