A little advice about IV breeding please??

OK, well recently i've been IV breeding Minuns for Speed and Sp. Atk but I also wouldn't mind some in Sp. Dep too. So far everything's going OK. I bred a Minun with a Ditto with a Modest nature and got a female (after lots of waiting and effort!) with a Modest nature, the 'Likes to run' characteristic, 30 IV's in speed and 29 in Sp. Atk (according to MetalKids IV calculator). But the thing is, now I'm a little confused as to where to go next... Should I keep the Minun I've been breeding in the Daycare but switch to a Ditto with a Sp. Def Nature (holding an Everstone), breed until I get a male Minun with strong IV's in Sp. Def and then breed the female with good Speed and Sp. Atk with the male that has good Sp. Atk until I get a Minun with all 3 good stats?? Grrr I can see how people get so frustrated over IV breeding- it sure is a lot of effort!!! If you guys could give me some guidance on this, I'd be very grateful! Thanks! :)
