Please help me; a "friend" changed for popularity?

trust me if he is sensitive he will come back sometime. Eventually his actions will make everyone disgusted. If he talks to you say "When you are ready to be nice and not pervy, I can have a good conversation with you." He will get the message in that short sentence. Teenage boys are pervy and sometimes we will have to deal with it. Sometimes when guys are around their friends they feel like they have to be superior to the girls so they be mean and jerky about it. Hope I helped :)
