Was 1970s-80s Argentina a Fascist country?

Argentina in the 1970s and 1980s was ruled by an authoritarian dictator. During the "Dirty War" in Argentina, several thousand people were killed, and several thousand became missing. The Dirty War was intended to get rid of left-wing sympathizers, radicals, intellectuals, socialists, communists, people connected to them, and others. The same thing was conducted by Hitler in his rise to power in Nazi Germany, more or less. Heck, Argentina's military even had an ex-Nazi ,Klaus Barbie, and self-proclaimed fascist, Stefano Delle Chiaie, participate in a coup to install a dictator in Bolivia (Cocaine Coup). So, did Argentina in the 1970s-80s constitute as a fascist country, or was it just a "regular" dictatorship?
