What should I do about my finger?

I Cut my thumb, like right on my finger print it was about an inch long and deep reached the bones and stuff. so it did damage to my nerves, and i had 4 stitches and now it healed up, but i still have a straight line down my thumb thats num and kinda tingly. and a lil bit around it. it feels weird like if i press on it too hard it would hurt very bad, and this happened about a year ago like its killing me.like the cut is a line like al across my finger tip. and its num and tingly like i said and if i press on it too hard it hearts. it has a bump too. so what can i do? please help
