Hello can you hlp? what is this?

hi, so for about the last 2 months i have been having crazy cramps, i had my period on the 27th of oct. last , it was very light unusual only lasted 2 days, my stomach has been feeling tight , a couple weeks ago i kept waking up in the nite or right b4 bed feeling sick, i keep sweating and freezing.. all this stopped for about a week and a half not all the way but mostly . but for about the past 3 days i have been feeling like this again and today when i went to the bathroom i bled from my rectom. only when i whiped there was none in the stool, it was hardly there just barely pink.. i am ually active, could i be preg? what could this be? ive been told u can have hemroids if u r preg.. please help me
