Whats a website that can help people get noticed?

I'm trying to get my talent noticed, I'm an actress and a singer. I want a website that might help me get notice. Anything that shows auditions coming up like Mandy.com. Anything that will help me would be awesome. I am fourteen but look the age of 15-17.
