Will fancy tail guppies eat tetras?

Long story short, I'm missing a the smallest tetra from my tank and I have two very energetic guppies that like to bump into each other and other fish. From my reading I know they will eat their fry but will they eat other small fish? I've checked all around the tank (which has a lid) and the filter.
